Rough Circuit Diagram Of Completed Circuit

This a rough sketch of the connection made in the circuit. I split into two diagrams ,Input and Output so that the wirings are clear.

    Be careful if recording circuits in this form. It can be of some help but is non-standard and as a result confusion can occur when trying to recreate a circuit from a diagram of this type. It would not be acceptable in a formal report.
