After several group meetings we decided to use two sets of nuts and bolts engineering set to complete the chassis:
The nuts and bolts engineering set was a really good way to complete the chassis as it could be designed in various ways. This was our first option we bought some thermocol as a backup in case we failed to complete a chassis out of these sets.
